Privacy policy.

What we collect

• Order information. When you buy, Shopify collects your payment details, email, and U.S. shipping address to process the order. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify.
• Email you give us. If you email hello@tryanuko.com or place an order, we keep that address to reply and to send what you asked for.
• Privacy-safe site analytics. We record basic funnel events (page views, checkout starts) with a random anonymous ID, the page, and the campaign source that brought you here (UTM parameters). These events do not include your name and are used to understand which pages and ads work.
• Answer-engine referral measurement. If you arrive from an answer engine or automated assistant, or an automated crawler requests a page, we may record the page, referrer or UTM source, anonymous session ID, and user agent so we can understand which official Anuko pages are being found.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so that if you arrived from one of our ads, Meta can measure that the ad led to a visit or purchase. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, and you can limit ad personalization in your Meta settings.
• Snapchat advertising measurement. If you arrive from one of our Snapchat ads, the Snap Pixel records the page view and when you click through to our Amazon listing. We do not send Snapchat your name, email, address, Amazon order details, or what you buy on Amazon. Snapchat's use of this data is governed by Snapchat's own privacy policy.
• TikTok advertising measurement. If you arrive from one of our TikTok ads, the TikTok Pixel and Events API record the page view and when you click through to our Amazon listing. We do not send TikTok your name, email, phone, address, Amazon order details, or what you buy on Amazon. TikTok's use of this data is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.
• OpenAI advertising measurement. If you arrive from one of our ads in ChatGPT, OpenAI's measurement pixel stores a click reference from that ad in a cookie on this site, and we report when a visit leads to a click through to our Amazon listing. We do not send OpenAI your name, email, address, order details, or what you buy on Amazon. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.
• We do not collect health information. Anuko is a cosmetic hair-care store; if you email us a medical question we will suggest you talk to a clinician.

Who we share with

Service providers only, to run the store: Shopify (checkout and payments), shipping carriers (delivery), Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and OpenAI (ad measurement, as above), our email provider (support and order email), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

• Email hello@tryanuko.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask what we have. We honor these requests for all customers, including rights under the CCPA for California residents.
• Use browser tracking protection, or the ad settings at Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and OpenAI, to limit pixel-based measurement.
• Unsubscribe links appear in any non-transactional email.

Retention & contact

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and refunds, and analytics events only as long as they are useful for the aggregate picture. Questions about this policy: hello@tryanuko.com. If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above.
