Privacy policy.

What we collect

• Order information. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details, email, and U.S. shipping address to process the order. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Email you give us. If you email hello@tryanuko.com or place an order, we keep that address to reply and to send what you asked for.
• Privacy-safe site analytics. We record basic funnel events (page views, checkout starts) with a random anonymous ID, the page, and the campaign source that brought you here (UTM parameters). These events do not include your name and are used to understand which pages and ads work.
• AI referral measurement. If you arrive from an AI answer tool or an AI crawler requests a page, we may record the page, referrer or UTM source, anonymous session ID, and user agent so we can understand which official Anuko pages are being found.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so that if you arrived from one of our ads, Meta can measure that the ad led to a visit or purchase. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, and you can limit ad personalization in your Meta settings.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.
• We do not collect health information. Anuko is a cosmetic hair-care store; if you email us a medical question we will suggest you talk to a clinician.

Who we share with

Service providers only, to run the store: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), Meta (ad measurement, as above), our email provider (support and order email), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

• Email hello@tryanuko.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask what we have. We honor these requests for all customers, including rights under the CCPA for California residents.
• Use browser tracking protection or Meta's ad settings to limit pixel-based measurement.
• Unsubscribe links appear in any non-transactional email.

Retention & contact

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and refunds, and analytics events only as long as they are useful for the aggregate picture. Questions about this policy: hello@tryanuko.com. If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above.
