The basics

These terms govern your use of tryanuko.com and purchases of Anuko products (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The products

Anuko products are cosmetic hair-care products for external use only. Patch test if you have a sensitive scalp, and stop use if irritation occurs.

Orders & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD at checkout; we may change prices for future orders at any time.
• Shipping and refund support are described in our refund & shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
• We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or for resale; any payment taken is refunded.

Cosmetic disclaimer

Anuko products are cosmetics for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Liability & disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If we have a dispute, we'll both try good-faith email resolution first via hello@tryanuko.com before anything formal.

The Anukoname, design, photography, and copy are ours; please don't reuse them commercially without permission. We may update the site, products, and these terms; changes apply from the date posted above.
