Shipping

We currently ship in the United States. Fulfillment timing is being finalized and shipping details will be confirmed before checkout. Tracking is sent to your email when the order ships. We do not currently ship outside the U.S. If you are international, email us your country at hello@tryanuko.com and we will tell you when that changes.

30-day money-back guarantee

Try it. Open it and use it. If you are not happy with your hair, email hello@tryanuko.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. No calls and no restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund at any time. Just email us.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to hello@tryanuko.com and we will replace or refund it.
