Shipping

We ship in the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and orders under $50 ship for a flat $8. Orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days, and tracking is sent to your email when the order ships. We do not ship outside the U.S. If you are international, email us your country at hello@tryanuko.com and we will tell you when that changes.

Try it. Open it and use it. If you are not happy with your hair, email hello@tryanuko.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. No calls and no restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

If we ask you to send the product back, return it by mail using the prepaid label we email you. Return shipping is free.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund at any time. Just email us.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to hello@tryanuko.com and we will replace or refund it.
